We want you to love your sparkling water experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your SodaStream products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our sparkling water specialists or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original box, ensuring all CO2 cylinders are handled according to our safety guidelines.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
